@HiltonHonors Reported to the front desk and night manager said “sorry about that, I can send you a bottle of wine”. It was awful and nothing that any customer should experience in 5-star hotel. I was told hotel management will reach out, but it’s been several days and nothing

@HiltonHonors I am still waiting for The Biltmore Mayfair hotel management to reach us and discuss the incident during our stay last week. Maintenance person barged in to our room, with no knock, no annoucement, no notice. Just using their master key and open our room and walked in
