@CynicalPublius The ironic? Hypocritical? Part of your tirade here is talking about does loyalty matter... what about loyalty to your constituency in the form of following through on campaign promises.... primarily the No New Wars campaign promise... was trump not disloyal to us?
@DLoesch@JesseBWatters ๐ ๐คฃ ๐ ๐คฃ it was one thing to be wrong going into the election. But, to double down on dumb after a resounding rejection of the Iran war, is impressively stupid.
@DefiyantlyFree Yeah the ones with a brain see what happened Tuesday and either knew beforehand or now realize, that tanking the US economy to go to war for Israel was the STUPIDEST foreign policy decisions in history. But do you queen, double down on stupid. You and your AIPAC lobby are done
I've seen bad foreign policy presidents before. I've never seen a good foreign policy president throw away his entire legacy to appease a terrorist regime that tried to assassinate him multiple times.
Seeing our president, especially Trump who has such a long list of foreign policy accomplishments, let Iran dictate the terms, tie the deal to Hezbollah, and get on his knees begging them to sign a deal is vomit inducing.
And he has nothing to gain.
It's incomprehensible.
I'd love to blame Vance and Witkoff, but Trump is their boss, and he knows better. It's shameful. It's humiliating.

@Prsebrinh@geraldposner Im sure they were interested in one. They didn't have one. And im aure theyre still interested in having one.
Aka nothing changed except for Trump committing an epic unforced error.
