La chose qui compte c’est de faire de l’argent au maximum, donc je ne m’attends pas à un geste comme celui-ci de votre part.

Par contre, je suis surpris, que personne chez vous n’est pensé à une idée toute simple :

Today April 25th same shit different day. So now the driver to avoid me to film him when he doesn’t deliver, cancel my access to the tracking map that can allow me to follow my Parcel till it arrives to my house.

So again, today’s delivery has been canceled, reason given by the driver is that I refused the package, which is absolutely not the case, because I never saw the driver, and he never stopped at my place.

And @amazon @AmazonFrance , who tried to correct the problem for the past three days isn’t able to maintain a working solution for their customers to receive their parcels properly and keep on using the same driver who fucks up my deliveries for the past three weeks almost.

So again, please people share, talk about it, and if any of you knows someone at Amazon, I would be happy that you activate your contacts please this situation is starting to get me nuts.

Taken in hostage by an Amazon delivery guy, and of course Amazon does nothing to solve the problem.

Case DXXXXXXXX

To make a long story short, April 8th 2026 I was at my girlfriend’s place (XXX, the person concerned by the delivery), I’ve witnessed one of your delivery guys throwing on the floor the parcel of the order number  XXX containing PC peripherals and then he disrespected me, he insulted me, and he threatened me that he is gonna kill me and that I will never receive again an Amazon parcel in my mailbox.

Since that, he canceled on his own, all my deliveries that he was responsible of :

I of course, have documented all his driving by my house without stopping on videos, that you can find on the following links. Proving that he never stops to ask me if I want the delivery and that he cancels it really by himself.

I also had to pass again, all my orders, and to be sure they got delivered I had to choose an Amazon locker point, but for a person like me with a disability, it’s way more convenient to receive my parcels at home instead of having to disturb someone that has to go for me or that has to bring me there to pick up my parcel.

That’s all the orders I had to pass again after cancellation of the initial ones by the delivery guy so you can check:

Those have been made with Mrs XXX account ([email protected]) that she had to create because in the meantime Amazon France also blocked my account for 3 days:

And on the last cancelled delivery of the order number XXX, when it was my turn for the delivery according to the tracking system, he even tried to go to  my personal Amazon delivery address at XXX, where I don’t receive any orders for the past six years (not the address of the parcel destination XXX for Mrs XXX), which is under my Personal name, entered the vicinity, and asked to my neighbors how we could identify my apartment. 

So if this is not called chasing someone, I don’t know how I could call this?

This has been also documented with screenshots of the green point of the delivery guy phone on the delivery tracking status map that is in the Amazon app, but I am sure you can also find those records in your data internally. You can see a screenshot before my delivery saying I am the next one to deliver. Then you see a screenshot where he stops at an address he doesn’t have to stop at which is my personal address and he stayed there for around five minutes looking up for me and my apartment. And then a few minutes later, you see him canceling the delivery, but I also have a video of him driving by Mrs XXX house without stopping.

All the proof I have put online our timestamp with the day and the time it happened. So you can compare that to your GPS tracking record of the delivery guys.

What I did so far, I contacted Amazon France, ask them for help, apparently they don’t believe me, they don’t give any help, and they don’t even switch the delivery driver to someone else so I am not getting any deliveries by my house since 8 April, and I have a delivery guy chasing me at my personal address which has nothing to do with the delivery address we are talking about. Last contact with Amazon France was we will not answer anything anymore on this issue. The issue is closed on our end. There is no issue.

So can please someone forward this message to the appropriate person that could give the other appropriate person in Amazon France a phone call or a mail to make this case go somewhere because I am a little bit lost, one of the top world companies don’t even taking care of one pretty good customer I think I can let you check my history for the past 16 years I am your customer.

Delivery not honored again today and marked as canceled because of « customer refusing it ».

And again the delivery guy drives in front of my house, and marks the delivery as refused !

@amazon @AmazonFrance is absolutely useless on this one, they know all about it and don’t take any actions at all, not even the simplest one consisting to swap the driver !

it’s absolutely ridiculous !

Sauf erreur de ma part, lorsqu’un client n’est pas là, qu’il ne répond pas au téléphone, et que le colis ne rentre pas dans la boîte aux lettres, votre débile profond de Service est censé le déposer dans un point relais ?
