@sjmorningshow @CBCNL -Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy and light in colour
-Add vanilla
-Add the flour and cornstarch and mix on low until just combined.
-Add any chocolate/candy/fruit that you want.
-Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill.
-Shape and bake at 350 until just golden on the edges.

3/4 cup of softened butter
1/2 cup icing sugar (sift for best results)
splash of vanilla or your choice of flavour
1 1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
