Q. What kind of child was Lee Sangwon during his childhood?
Lee Sangwon: I was a curious kid who loved to play pranks. I was silly, loud, and sometimes didn’t listen well. I think I was a little foolish too. (laughs)

Q. When was the first time you decided you wanted to become a singer?
Lee Sangwon: I started training as a trainee when I was 14, but it was around the age of 16 that I seriously began to dream of becoming a singer. The teammates I was with at that time felt just like family. The thought of performing together on stage someday made me so happy, and that’s when my dream grew bigger.

Q. What kind of music style would you like to try after debuting?
Lee Sangwon: Rather than strictly defining a specific concept, I’d like the music itself to have a sense of completion and to feel refreshing when we present it. I want us to naturally show a deep musicality that says, “This is our vibe, this is our life.”

Q. What’s the secret to your glowing skin, even during overnight shoots?
Lee Sangwon: After support shootings, I used the Zinc Teca Serum and Soft-Soft-Soft Lotion gifted to me by Bring Green, and my skin has gotten much better. These days, before going on stage, I often hear people say my skin looks great when I get my makeup done. Thanks especially to the Zinc Teca Serum, even with my sensitive skin, I can stay trouble-free.

Q. What’s your personal hobby at the dorm?
Lee Sangwon: I enjoy reading. Recently, I’ve been reading I See You Like I See a Flower by poet Na Tae-joo. It contains many honest expressions, so I can fully feel raw emotions, which I really like. It’s a book I’ve been especially into lately, so I’d love to recommend it to the Star Creators as well.
