@rohindhar As a Kauai resident, my husband always wanted to start a staffing company for contractors called "Aloha with mainland work ethics." Try to find babysitters in rural areas and it is even more challenging

@zebulgar The other issue is the quality of care is so low. We toured many many so called the best pre schools in LA. Less than 2 seems the people really care.

@jmj My theory is - people used to start funds when they discover something new, something not mainstream yet, something misunstood by others. So you see alpha creation for fund 1 and 2. By fund 3, if the theory works, other funds will catch on. With more competition, lower returns.
