@claudeai ambassador olurken ekibe yapmak istediklerimden birinin İstanbul'da deprem için de hackathon yapmak olduğundan bahsetmiştim. Ve artık bunun organize etme vakti geldi.

15 Ağustos cumartesi günü İstanbul'da Claude Code sponsorluğunda mini hackathon yapmayı planlıyoruz.

Amacımız çok net, Marmara bir deprem bölgesi, İstanbul çok kalabalık, Hatay depreminde ülke olarak ne kadar hazırız gördük. Yapay zeka diye bir şey geldi. Artık fikirden ürüne dönüştürmek çok kolay. Hadi gelin 1 gün kapanalım ve açık kaynak projeler üretelim. Sonrasında artık bu projeleri ya vatandaşlar olarak bizler sahipleneceğiz, ya da ilgili kurumlar sahiplenecek şekilde geliştirelim.

3 tema var bunun etrafında 6 takım seçeceğiz.
Tema 1: Deprem öncesi — mahalle Deprem Karnesi, kentsel dönüşüm, risk farkındalığı
Tema 2: Deprem sırası — offline iletişim (mesh network)
Tema 3: Deprem sonrası — hasar tespiti, tahliye, yardım dağıtımı

Bu temalarla ilgili sizleri destekleyecek kaynakları ve verileri bizler önceden derleyeceğiz. Github repoları içerisine verileri koyacağız.
