@Mandoline79 Some dishwashers have a rubber flap at the very bottom in the inside. It is just before the pump impeller. Mine broke of and got wedged on the drain just before the hose. Took a while to find it but it solved the draining problem.

@AngeeGabs I use a PC for work and Mac for home. There are good and bad points for both. The Mac is different for some things but the functions are more simple in my opinion.
