When my brother spoke to Apple Support UK, the manager told him that none of the Arabic managers appeared in Apple’s system as having contacted Tradeline.
Later, I learned from the last manager that they communicate with each other by phone not through Apple’s system!!!

I’m requesting an official response from Apple regarding what happened, and a real solution to this issue.
It’s been 25 days without any resolution.
I also need someone to follow up on my complaint against the management, which appears to have been completely ignored.
