0-2 vs @EintrachtValo and our VCT season is over.

I wanted to take a couple of hours to calm down and process my emotions before writing anything.

This is probably the worst ending we could have imagined. If someone had told me a month ago, when we were fighting against NRG, that this is how our season would end, I wouldn't have believed them.

A couple of close losses, some throws, and from there everything started going downhill. We tried until the end, but unfortunately it wasn't enough.

I'm extremely disappointed with the way our season ended, because I truly believe this team and this organization deserved more. At the same time, I don't want this ending to erase everything we achieved throughout the year. We made it to two international playoffs, created some great memories together, and had moments we can genuinely be proud of.

Still, we wanted more. And the season definitely wasn't supposed to end like this.

Thank you to everyone who supported us throughout the whole year. You guys were incredible and, on a personal level, made my first year with Gentle Mates unforgettable. ❤️

I believe everything in life happens for a reason. Now it's time to reflect, understand our mistakes, appreciate the progress we made, and figure out what we need to improve for next year.

See you next VCT season.
