ISIS resurgence/Coalition withdrawal/Kirkuk:

ISIS militants launched an attack on Monday evening against the 3rd Battalion of the 9th Federal Police Brigade in the area of Hawija district, Kirkuk province.

The attack targeted a security post in the village of Al-Barghaliya in the district, killing one security personnel and injuring others. The night-vision surveillance cameras at the targeted post were also destroyed. - @rudaw_arabic
