@SwiggyCares My order id is #59063910914 . I ordered my food at 8.08 pm and after one and a half hour I am still waiting for the food as I had to re order it. Though the refund was immediately carried out it is frustrating to wait for dinner for so long.

@swiggy_in @SwiggyCares vry disappointed as my rider cud nt deliver food as his vehicle broken-down Midway nd customer support hd nthing else 2 say but say sry. Rather they kept insisting the rider to walk 2 .5 kms and deliver instead of assigning a new rider to deliver my order.

So very impressed with @IndiGo6E ground staff PUSHKAR at Delhi terminal 1 when we went to check in for 6e605 to AMD. He took all time to make sure we get best seats and we are happy with it! Such positive people lift up the mood!! Customer service at its best!!
