🚨 BREAKING: RB Leipzig turn down €100m proposal received from Liverpool for Yan Diomandé.
RB Leipzig want more than €100m as still try to keep him — understand €120m could be the way… for now, based on WC performances too.
Leipzig expect PSG and more clubs to join the race.
€90m plus €10m from Liverpool not enough, as @philipphinze24 reported.
🌎🇦🇷 Argentina win their opening game with Lionel Messi making World Cup history! 💥
Messi hat-trick means he’s joint TOP SCORER EVER in the World Cup with 16 goals with Miro Klose.
Mbappé, Müller, Ronaldo Nazario surpassed.
Fanbase filled with nerds & comp maker wannabe tacticos. Anyways the mere fact that everybody seems to hate our window so far, means we are doing something right.
We signed Huijsen & Mastantuno last season & didn't meet this much backlash, FT is infatuated with youth.
🚨⚪️ Official statement scheduled today for Marc Cucurella, new Real Madrid player on a contract until June 2032.
Six year deal, €55m plus €5m add-ons to Chelsea.
Don't know why the reactions to the Cucurella signing have been this negative. He is immediately your starting LB and you desperately needed someone for that spot.
Did you think Nuno Mendes was walking through that door?
At that price, Cucurella is the best option Madrid had.
Real Madrid have made four signings who were starting caliber players at Inter, Liverpool, Manchester City, and Chelsea. They are also starting caliber players in their national teams—the Netherlands, France, Portugal, and Spain. How are people even questioning this?
After two trophyless seasons, I do not care who these signings start ahead of in the starting lineup. I do not care if some so-called development of younger players (who are not that young anymore) gets halted because of them. These are proven, experienced signings, and I’m beyond delighted they’re at Real Madrid.
This says a lot about Carreras. Was never all that excited about spending €50 million on him to begin with and now it appears to be a really bad move.
Cucurella is solid, though.
