Hoping future customers don’t have to go through this much effort for basic service.

@zomato Ordered on train, got delivery at platform but 1 Pav Bhaji was missing. Told delivery guy & called restaurant — both said “raise it with Zomato.”

Shared pics & details, but support said “can’t help.”

If a clearly missing item isn’t resolved, where’s the accountability?

@zomatocare Still no update after 24 hours. This isn’t about a missing item anymore, it’s about whether @zomato @zomatocare actually resolves genuine customer issues.

Clearly the Vande Bharat train Dharwad-Bangalore is not a great success. No one would want to travel entire day and reach BLR at 8pm* The timings should have been other way round. This will help many commuters to utilise the day and return back to their homes.

Bengaluru’s tech/business hub status means more people need to reach it from Hubballi by 10 AM, not vice versa. Current Vande Bharat timings miss this badly. @grok, isn’t an early morning start from north and late evening return better suited? Pls review advantages!

Beyond frustrated with @VodafoneIN's pathetic customer service at Gandhi Bazar, Bangalore. Outgoing calls & SMS blocked for 15 days due to 'unknown issue'. Submitted docs 3 times visiting store, waited 48hrs, but no luck.Then told documents are lost!

Middle class pay 30 percent income tax and 20 percent GST. Half of salary is taken by Govt. And what we get floods, no drainage system, hills of garbage, pollution , dirty roads , water supply only two times as day, no parking , roads with open wires, traffic just pain #IncomeTax
