It's essentially a WhatsApp community where people share timelapse, smart watch screenshots. People do appreciate each other by reacting to messages and sending fun GIFs.

Somedays are good and on those days people do proper workouts.
But on the days when you don't feel like doing anything doing light 15-minute exercise helps in building a habit.
