Stop giving assurances. Fix the DTH and replace the faulty remote NOW.

@airtelindia your chatbot? Completely useless. 🤦‍♂️
To add to the frustration, the remote supplied with my connection was faulty from DAY 1. Despite repeated complaints, nobody has bothered to fix or replace it.
4 days. Multiple complaints. Zero resolution. Only assurances.
