My flight AI 2304 (Delhi → Japan) on 25 Nov was cancelled. STAFF advised me to seek refunds for hotels , but there is no option on your website FOR THIS.

There must a timeline that your team has to follow right ? No acknowledgement since a month. Also request is raised on portal not email
