Lack of transparency in Bank Exams is unacceptable. UPSC, SSC, CAT & NEET release papers & answers keys.
Why not SBI & IBPS ?
1. Question papers with answer sheets
2. Clarity in Normalization

नॉर्मलाइजेशन का प्रोसेस भी रहस्यमयी है। काफी चमत्कारी है किसी किसी के लिए तो लेकिन ईमानदार गांव के अंतिम लड़का के लिय कोई चमत्कार नहीं

इससे स्टूडेंट्स का मेंटल स्ट्रेस बढ़ता ही जा रहा है।

ये मेहनती बच्चे बेसिक ट्रांसपेरेंसी नहीं डिजर्व करते?

इनको आंसर की दो, मार्क्स दिखाओ, सारी प्रोसेस क्लियर करो इस डिजिटल समय में !

Recently got to know that @TheOfficialSBI released its JA final result and many deserving candidates couldn't make it to final list because of normalization,

There is no transparency left in Banking exams where the conducting body is #IBPS
