Yes as per Indian constitution you are right. But International Platforms don’t accept word Bharat Officially.
Renaming Bharat 🩷 will be most powerful decision Internationally & most important, Country’s power will be demonstrated in international platforms.

I personally feel there isn't any need of renaming the name of the country from India to BHARAT.

Article 1 of the Constitution itself states that "India, that is Bharat, shall be a Union of States."

Constution recognises both India & Bharat as official names for the country.
