Dear @DelhiPwd , you should find the engineer who invented this method to save money and reward him.

Instead of repairing (which is immediate need) he used other “natural” stuff to save money.

@DelhiPwd : PWD road from New Kondli Market to Noida Mor (near Chilla Sports Complex) was dug up in 2025 for underground cabling that has been completed way back
When will the road be properly repaired and restored? @AamAadmiParty is no more in Delhi so Repair the road @CMODelhi

The traffic especially e-rickshaws are crazy on this road so @dtptraffic and Area TI should take extra effort for betterment of the road
