#ASTRO24 @YashSoni01 presented a Bi-Institutional Safety Analysis of RT + EV in mUC, the key findings of this study were:

🚩 Retrospective analysis (n=60) mUC receiving EV +/-1 month prior/after or concurrently to RT
🚩EV was stopped in 23% of pts due to toxicity
Most common: Neuropathy (57%), Skin (29%), Pneumonitis (14%)
🚩No toxicity attributed as likely due to RT based on location/timing/intensity
🚩Reassuring we can offer palliative RT to pts on EV without stopping treatment.

Yesterday, our team, led by Drs. Aurelie Garant, @BadiyanMD, and Brian Hrycushko, alongside Dr. @kimstyrvoky, Director of Interventional Pulmonology, completed the first robotically-assisted endobronchial brachytherapy procedure here at UT Southwestern!
