@vinodchendhil I was primarily looking for non wheat / less wheat noodles. I thought millet is the only option, found soya also.

@vinodchendhil If these noodles are made from 67% whole wheat flour and 33% soya flour, why is soya featured so prominently while wheat is barely mentioned?

Are there any noodles with less than 50% wheat, or even less than 30%?

I was looking for healthier millet-based options for my diabetic father. This feels like a marketing gimmick.

That logic is incorrect. I said if majority is wheat, why is Soya highlighted more. After seeing the packet it seems it’s made “mostly” of soya which it isn’t.

I never said if it contains cranberry it should be 100%. You’re comparing two same category (flour) ingredients not like flour vs flavour or flour vs salts.

Your product is much better than traditional refined flour noodles, no doubt.
I don’t have enough knowledge regarding marketing. I already use your product by the way. I just noticed it recently on Amazon and your website.

Turns out Elon is right again. The shittiest layer in AI is the model layer. The real money in AI is in compute, energy, and applications. Elon has all 3. Without Chinese open weight models, OpenAI and anthropic would have been happy oligopolies and made trillions. Now, they hired the best talents, burned billions and built the newest model, only to have Chinese free models wiping out all your margins. Every other layer is making money except for you, even though you invented the whole thing. That must feel shitty as hell.
