Reading any bit of scrap written in English between ~1850-1950 feels like stumbling upon a lost civilization of 140 IQ geniuses compared to what our elites put out today. Random letters by soldiers show more erudition than Harvard PhDs.
@kakunhaaput They, not being teat-suckling infants, should themselves have sufficient conscience to discern right from wrong. So-called Oldies, though having a critical role, barely have an idea what their sons and daughters are into the majority of times.
As if our already afflicted qoum hadn't suffered enough moral damage.
What hopes should one pin on the youth now?
What sort of scanty IQ makes them do this fuckery?
Commodified education, eventually sold to them, and they are still swayed into worshipping these gougers as deities.
A Message to the Promoters of Submission and Subservience Before the Disbelieving West, and to Those Who Have Abandoned Honor and Dignity Among the Propagators of Irjāʾ:
Indeed, in our time we witness those who take the stance of justification and normalization with humiliation and disgrace, who belittle the value of honor and dignity, who are indifferent to independent decision-making and resisting hegemony — as if Islam did not legislate honor, and did not consider subjugation to the enemy a sign of humiliation.
Look at Irān — despite its misguidance in creed — it remains steadfast on its principles, defends its interests with strength, and the combined powers of the West have been unable to subdue or bend it on its nuclear program. Rather, here it is today, driven by its interests, shaking the very core of the occupying enemy, openly defying the West without fear.
And consider North Korea — a pagan state that does not believe in Allāh— yet it clings to its positions, takes pride in its identity, endures sanctions and restrictions, and resists international blackmail with resolve, until the West now counts its steps a thousand times over.
Is it conceivable that the people of falsehood hold firm to their falsehood, bear the pressure, and face their adversaries with pride and defiance, while the people of truth — the people of Sunnah — relinquish their honor, dissolve into subservience, and are politically, culturally, and economically enslaved by the West, as if their only honor lies in American approval or Western protection?
It is a paradox that calls for reflection and demands action — for the true creed, if not paired with determination and dignity, will bear no fruit in reality, nor will it forge glory.
Are we respected for what we wear or for what we are?
Once Shaikh Nuru-ud-Din Rishi was invited to a feast. He went to attend it in rags but because of his shoddy appearance did not get admittance into assembly of guests. He returned to his place and came back richly dressed. When the feast was served, he deliberately kept on putting the sleeves of his garment into the dishes. The guests were astonished and asked him the reason. He replied, "The feast was not really for Nur-ud-Din but for the long sleeves".
The anecdote illustrates mystical resistance of Shaikh against materialism and vanity. Shaikh completely rejected the outer trappings and pretentious facade of social status. The incident serves as a reminder for us in the current era of curated identities, that it is the essence that should be respected and not the appearance.
Criminality and insolence IS and HAS been perpetuated on ethnic basis. Perpetuators feel a sense of absolvement while commiting it against the marginalized. This is evident at other levels as well. This exploitation coupled with the vindicating mindset isn't any agenda but reality
