I hate @FLOWJamaica so much, u guys have no interest in resolving your customers' issues whatsoever. Your new operating system forces u to use your what's app chat and there is no response from the agent.

Then when you try to interact with a human being your operating system frustrates the customer in making it so difficult the customer just gives up.
