I am seeking a transparent investigation, complete service records, clarification regarding the previous repair, and immediate resolution.

More concerning is the “silver box” issue. Previously, I was told that the silver box had been replaced. Today, the technician stated that no replacement was found and that only a software update appeared to have been done.
