@fnpindia is the worst, most awful service of deliveries. Rude and arrogant customer care officers, incompetent idiots trying to deliver gifts and just a bunch of cheats pretending to run a business.

- 3 days later, @zomato has the audacity to say 2 orders were delivered, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED.
