I’m currently testing Home Scout AI, one of the features offered by the Home3 app that allows users to search for real estate using #AI.

It gives me a selection, and I choose a property.
Then I ask if this house is far from the ocean, and it gives me details on different beaches, the distance, and the drive time depending on traffic.
Next, I ask if there are any restaurants near the property.
He lists various areas, what I can do there, and the driving time to get there.
Then I ask him if the area is safe. He gives me the details and even points out that crime is concentrated along busy commercial corridors and major street including specific details about the area (like parts of the Glendale Blvd and nearby arterials).
And that's just Home Scout! I'm not even talking about Home3 Realtor, which will let you get an in-depth, detailed market analysis and create all the paperwork needed for an offer or purchase request in just a few minutes.
This app could clearly become the leader in real estate search in the U.S. once the various players become aware of it!

Home3 2.0 is bringing professional-grade real estate workflows directly into the hands of buyers, sellers, and investors.
Our AI-powered CMA Report generates a comprehensive 15+ page valuation report using comparable sales, property photos, tax history, market statistics, and AI-generated analysis. Every comparable is broken down individually with pricing adjustments and supporting data, resulting in a valuation recommendation comparable to reports produced by licensed appraisers.
We're also introducing AI-powered Offer Drafting. In seconds, Home3 can generate a complete purchase offer modeled after standard real estate legal forms, including purchase terms, earnest money, contingencies, closing timelines, and signature blocks. Advanced options such as escalation clauses, appraisal gap coverage, and seller concessions are fully supported.
Two tasks that traditionally require hours of work can now be completed in minutes with AI.
HOME3 2.0 is nearly here. The app is now feature-complete with 20 AI-powered tools designed to deliver professional-grade real estate workflows directly inside the platform.
We're currently running final QA checks before launch, with only one external dependency remaining that is expected to be resolved within 1 day. Once cleared, we're ready to ship.
HOME3 2.0 introduces major upgrades across the board, including Rent vs Buy comparisons, side-by-side Property Comparison tools, advanced mortgage calculations with PMI/MIP support for FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loans, and CMA reports featuring detailed per-comp adjustment grids that show exactly how valuations are calculated.
Deep dive reports now include WalkScore data, nearby schools, tax history, and climate risk insights, while offer drafting supports escalation clauses, appraisal gaps, seller concessions, and expiration timers.
Closing cost estimates now account for earnest money and seller credits, all major PDF deliverables include branded cover pages, and the AI can now cross-reference reports to automatically flag potential risks and inconsistencies.

As part of our continued development efforts, we've successfully completed the deployment of Prop3 on the Integra testnet.
To properly simulate real market conditions, we built an automated wallet infrastructure capable of generating and managing large sets of wallets with distinct behavioral profiles, including bulls, bears, holders, and active day traders. These wallets are used to simulate primary market participation and the transition into secondary market activity within the Prop3 ecosystem.
🔸 Home3 2.0 Release Timeline Update
As part of our push to complete the Prop3 Integra testnet deployment to a high standard, additional development time was allocated toward finalizing core infrastructure and testing systems.
With the Integra deployment now finalized, our focus has shifted fully back to Home3 2.0 as we finalize deliverables, complete cleanup, and prepare for launch.
