@kalinsjm Stop being disrespectful. Their old photos have nothing to do with the project. They auditioned, and they got in. It wasn’t their fault that they got in and your bets didn't.
Another acceptable issue or reason is the age range na hindi nasunod. I would like to think that no one auditioned in the said age range. Because a lot of people wanted to audition so bad but they couldn’t because there was an age limit.
+ The wild girl. Why did Gwy agree with this? We all know how she defended Yanna back then, we defended yanna with her. "Wild girl" shouldn’t be the description for yanna. She did a lot of things not just that. Yanna is a woman who can let you go for you to achieve your dreams.
Lastly, the main reason you hate the movie adaptation is because of the enablers or apologists that got in. This is the only acceptable reason for you to hate the adaptation among all the concerns you posted about.
Also, stop telling the other celebrities that you wanted them to act as the characters in the university series when, in the first place, they did not audition. Consider the feelings of the cast; they're still humans who got hated by you guys because they auditioned for—
your expectations. Stop saying that they're trying hard to be the university series characters because the only reason they're doing that is because they're tasked to do so.
And please do not throw hate at the actors and actresses because they did nothing wrong. They auditioned, and they got in. Stopped throwing hate or hurtful words, stopped questioning their talent as actors or actresses, and stopped pointing out their features that did not meet—
+ You are not obligated to watch the movie. If you don't like the cast, you can freely ignore the movie or pretend that it did not exist at all. Read the book as much as you want to and protect your imagination.
