There’s genuinely a spirit of mediocrity in the UK. If you don’t surround yourself with, and intentionally listen to goal-orientated, motivated people, you will get sucked in.
I’d like to normalize a 6 day x 12 hour workday for men 16-28.
Despite all the self worth voodoo on media, society values you based on your utility.
And when you’re young, you have none.
But you have a lot of energy. So, trade the energy for experience points & become useful.
Music, Fashion, Art, whatever your creative discipline is.
The ones that don’t run it up when they were on the podium always turn into old haters.
So please, seize all the opportunities that make sense,
and perform when it matters.
your time is your time
In the realm of high-value living, anticipate unsettling the status quo of social interaction. Your commitment to personal growth might limit the time for lengthy conversations, leaving days without spoken words to friends. Embrace this choice unapologetically, for it signifies the conscious dedication to your journey, even if it means occasionally drifting away from the comforting shores of constant companionship.
Those meant to be in your life will understand the ebb and flow of your journey, standing steadfast even in the silence. The depth of your bond isn't measured by daily dialogues but by the resilience of understanding that flourishes in the spaces between words. Embrace the comfort that comes with knowing that authentic connections endure, irrespective of the cadence of conversation.
Yung Filly saying that he pretends theirs “goons” in his home when he sees a black delivery driver coming to drop his order is everything that’s wrong with society.
What a fool honestly like just further pushing this narrative associated with black men 😳
I try to limit the conversations I involve myself in that bring me in to a scarcity mindset, I don’t want to consume too much of cost of living, fear of the future etc. I need to listen to the risk takers, people making millions, people living their best life and showing me the opportunities and possibilities out there.
I don’t believe in faking it till you make it there’s actually a beauty knowing you can’t afford something and working your way up to the point you actually buy whatever you want.
Faking it till you make it is just for people to pretend to live how they don’t.
False. Your self belief needs to be delusional but your work, the moves you make etc have to correspond with reality. A man cannot become the best in anything by just feeling like they are
