@Peteman8472 @DefconRaffle That's a @DefconRaffle question, but I believe there are only enough foils in circulation for two full packs, so around 2% or ~350 total.

There were 175 unique cards that could be found in packs (#0 - 174) plus some novelty cards such as GOON / SOC GOON.
