@gauravsabnis That's a narrow definition of a hung parliament (no single party has a majority). The broader defintion is no single party or pre-election coalition has a majority. BJP was part of such a coalition (NDA), so for all practical purposes, Modi did win relection

@gauravsabnis @madmanweb @amitvarma Just to be clear, I am for private roads, i.e. roads built by individuals or voluntary associations of individuals. These builders bear all the costs and have the freedom to either charge for road use (tolls) or gather revenue in other ways (ads).
