Yesterday was the day I finally could not keep up with my daughter on her mtb, especially on the climbs.
Is her progress? or am I just getting old? both.. lol
she is 9 years old.
I just ordered a set of carbon wheels to upgrade her bike, I might need to repurpose those for me.

Finally at the Kalalau trail with my girls, the hike is brutal and we only did the first miles to Hanakapi’ai beach!, Mother Nature gave us so much love during the trail, and the Aloha spirit survived on us the way back.

Pulled pork blew my mind when I moved to Texas, today after 6 years I tried to low and slow a 10 pounds pork shoulder as my introduction to Texas brisket..... and as expected, I stratospherically failed on try 1, Does any one wants a pulled pork gummy bear?
