@Shakirax3 Hey Shakira, mostly depends on how big the tear is. Sometimes with a month or two of physical therapy it can get back to normal. Surgical options are remove it (higher risk for arthritis long term), or repair it (non weight bearing for 3-4 weeks then rehab)
