@AmazonHelp You have to mentioned clearly like we will send the parcel bit if the delivery person not give to you then we are not able to help you we have sit like policy you have to go through it but we will not take any action from our end

If you haven't enough staff to delivering the product in ahmedabad then you have to serious action on this.
I have order the product with @amazon prime which shows me same day delivery but without delivery the product and status is updated as product is delivered

This dispute I have faced since last month.
And if you have this kind of blunder then you have to highlight this stuff in your advertisement where you are saying same day delivery for prime customer

I placed an order on 20 october and today is the 1st November almost 12 days passed but still not delivered, this kind of service @amazonIN provides to prime members.

I am using prime membership, but from last month I am facing issues on delivery my order to my address, the delivery team in my city directly cancelled my order or not delivered on time.
Customer service also not able to do anything on this

horrible experience with the Max Ninja 200 keyboard, an even worse experience with customer service
In the purchase of 4 months, this is the 4th time the keyboard stopped working. Still, there is no permanent solution for the same repetitive issue.

The cancel order is shown in pending, when try to cancel it it show no order found
Now I want to sell out my position, but it shows me that there is a pending order for same position.
I try to call in customer support but no one pickup.
And when my turn is comes, the calls automatically disconnected.
I am not sure how to reach out to you.
Because in support number I am frustrated due to auto disconnected.
And if this kind of service I am getting. Then there is no any point to working with you

3rd class support service.
I have placed the sell limit order and then cancel it. But the app shows in pending.
When I try to cancel it again it shows me try again.
From last 45 min I try to call in customer support each time I am wait in queue till my tern

I have not been able to log in to my account since morning. I have tried from the app as well as from the website.
