Noticed the same thing. No one called me fat or told me I was overweight (except my mum!).. but now everyone is quick to say I am too skinny and need to stop dieting etc
228.2lbs today
I have lost 51lbs since I decided to get my 💩 together on 9/29 of last year.
Learned a lot of lessons along the way and still have a lot more to learn.
1 - Carbs and Carb timing is huge. I was effectively intermittent fasting, skipping breakfast until January. What isn't shown on the chart below is I actually increased my calories from 2600 to 3400 from the middle of January until March and still lost weight 👀
2 - The compounds help, but they aren't the main mover. TRT, Retatrutide, GH, all the stuff helps. But you have to do the work. The chart below represents:
Daily cardio or BJJ
4x per week lifting
Tracking to the gram almost every meal
Etc etc.
3 - Everyone wants the results, no one wants to do the work...
I have had tons of people ask what I did, ask for help, guidance, a plan. The number of have followed through? Maybe 1 and even he is a bit half assed lol.
4 - Perfect is the enemy of Good.
The dude who is executing a good plan daily, is going to beat the brakes off the guy trying to build the "Perfect" plan
5 - People don't want to see you change. No one told me I was fat, or out of shape, or heading for an early grave. But now they want to tell me that I'm "losing weight too fast" or "You look skinny" or "Those Peptides are dangerous"
Blah blah blah...
What's dangerous is a BMI approaching 40, paired with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. But no one cared about that because I looked like them...
6 - People treat you differently when you are in good shape.
Is what it is 🤷♂️
7 - If you inject literally anything, people will call you a cheater. Who cares, take every advantage you can get.
8 - You have to fall in love with the process, not the end result.
