in the last 8 months I was part of 2 different projects where we were preparing docs to raise funds. We couldn't and we had to go to bankruptcy with one of them [https://t.co/mI9xbg7qHE].

Since then I've been trying to start different projects, validate ideas, and with a few of them we've started building so we are applying for incubation + trying to raise seed rounds and the process of creating docs for them became very time consuming. Especially the pitch deck creation & financial modelling.

I used Claude & ChatGPT a lot but the process was still time consuming and results were not always how I wanted even when I refined my prompts.

I usually come up with a lot of ideas so I thought why not make a tool for creating a proper plan by having a small chat with AI based on an idea I have and let the AI consistently give me proper context and save me time :)

I use a combination of models + a multi agent flow to generate the business context.

For the interview it's mostly the prompts and examples I've fed to the model. It basically tries to gather specific info about the project in 3-4 questions. When not possible or if the user is not sure, makes assumptions that fit the context.

I would love to run my own LM but for that I need to see some growth before I invest into that.

My longer term vision is to automate building certain parts of the business using agents and maintaining it. If it gets traction, then I can go for it 🤞
