Don’t understand their billing? Neither do their employees. One told me on the phone they thought the PDF bills were confusing too. Middle class New Jersey residents are getting absolutely shafted by utility companies and you seemingly don’t care. My bill has only increased with you in office thus far; my neighbors have corroborated. It feels as if the “state of emergency” was just for show to keep a “promise” as it seems nothing has changed and it just keeps getting worse. It always feels as if South Jersey is always forgotten in the eyes of the governors office, not just you, but all New Jersey governors. As long as the majority or the population and voting populous stays happy in North Jersey the governors office of New Jersey just doesn’t care about the voters in the south of the state……
