@soobrosa My husband had the same experience. He registered for test, then realized he did not need it. So he did not take it, a negative test result was mailed to him at the end of the day :-| . He registered a complaint at the gesundheitsamt, but no idea if they took action.

When you talk of the need to transfer wealth to the poor some argue earning-without-working will hurt the feelings of the poor. But much of feudalism & capitalism runs on the rich having inherited wealth without having to work. We don’t feel sad for the hurt feelings of the rich.
