⭐️: I naturally love hiphop and R&B music, and recently, an artist named DIMO REX in the domestic hiphop/R&B scene has been rising.

⭐️: So I listen to him a lot, and I actually listen as if I'm studying: realizing, "You can create sounds like this," and, "You can write melodies like this." It makes me want to try a lot of new things too. Thinking, "Let's try using a variety of tones."

I really had a feeling it would be good to even experiment with new sounds with him. For example, HURT SO BAD had Miami bass sounds, and KICK IT had a certain sound because he is an artist who can fully pull off that style as well. I really wanted to try a lot of new things together, and it came out really well. I thought, "Wow, this person is definitely the real deal!"

Producer theevoni: "The reason why we started this ANTIDOTE project is, I initially contacted DIMO REX first. I didn't know he was Bang Yedam at first, but I just thought, "This person is really good," so I reached out to him. I received a reply saying, "Hello, this is DIMO REX Bang Yedam," so I thought, ah, turns out this is Bang Yedam!

I sent him a few beats. We (TCG) thought, "We'd like to work with Korean artists now," and since I made a song with DIMO REX, I thought it would be great to make an album with him too. So we asked him if he would like to visit our TCG camp studio and work together, and he said he really liked the idea. So from then on, we were able to create this album in a very short amount of time."

(Note: This is TCG's first time working with a Korean artist as they predominantly worked with Western artists like Kanye, 21 Savage, Trippie Redd, Ty Dolla $ign, Queen Najia, etc.)
