@elonmusk Customer service was horrible— the phone number refers you to use the app but when you have no internet you can’t use the app.. I canceled my service

@elonmusk I ordered starlink equipment sent to my home my step son installed it for me it was working great for about 1 week and a half then stopped working I couldn’t reach a human to speak with as far as the internet service when it was working it was awesome but if something goes wrong
