“A bill initiated by GOP rep Brandy Bradley that would mandate jail time for child rapists was killed by the Democrats 3 years in a row. It was killed under current law. You can rape up to 3 children and still get probation, making Colorado the most pedophile friendly state in the country”

This is 100% true, the bills being referenced are HB25-1073 and SB26-111

But it doesn’t stop there

- Colorado has one of the highest per capita rates of certain sex offenses
- Colorado ranks among the least affordable states in the country, recently as low as 47th
- Tens of thousands of Coloradans become homeless services annually, they now rank 10th in homelessness
- Colorado has one of the worst teacher pay gaps in the country despite Democrats narrative of wanting to pay teachers more
- Colorado has 3rd highest rate in the nation for fentanyl overdoses

Here’s why Colorado gives child sex offenders probation:

Under Colorado’s Sex Offender Lifetime Supervision Act, judges currently have the discretion to sentence people convicted of Class 3 or Class 4 felony sexual assault on a child to supervised probation instead of prison

This even goes for offenders in “position of trust” cases. So basically everyone gets a free pass and gets probation

In order to actually get a real punishment for being a child sex offender you basically have to be a repeat offender or also have violence involved

UPDATE: A 12-year-old was just arrested for murder. And the LA school district is officially facing a massive wrongful-death lawsuit.

12-year-old Khimberly Zavaleta. She died playing bodyguard, stepping in to protect her older sister from a group of violent bullies at Reseda Charter High School.

​During the fight, she was struck in the head with a metal water bottle. She suffered a massive brain hemorrhage and died days later in the hospital.

​The family’s lawsuit reveals they begged the school for help and reported the severe bullying for months. Administrators did absolutely nothing to protect them.

How do we allow this to happen in America? How is a 12-year-old boy left on the streets for days on end with no help offered?

California had over $24 billion go unaccounted for that was dedicated to the homeless. NGOs and nonprofits receive millions for the homeless, yet the problem just gets worse and worse while children often get pulled into these horrific situations in places like Skid Row.

Our tax dollars should go towards helping others instead of enriching the pockets of NGOs and nonprofits who often enable the situation to get worse.

But get this - CA just granted him parole as part of Gavin Newsom’s elderly parole program.

He was convicted and sentenced to three life terms in 1999 but was granted early release thanks to Newsom’s law to release elderly criminals from jail.

The law was first put into place by Democrat lawmakers in 2017 and then expanded by Governor Newsom in 2021.
