@carlmonkft Two things:
1. It may be your monetization rather than the product
Not all apps can get high LTV with weeklies. so get creative with your offerings.
2. Treat your events like a heatmap if youre confident the intent is there but the product fails to deliver

Hi Sergiusz :)
I’m glad the video helped you!
Regarding what you wrote, you have a couple of options:
1. Try EXACT campaigns for popular keywords in Eastern European countries / Tier 3 countries. Start with conservative bids and raise them gradually only if needed.
2. Run BROAD campaigns in larger countries and let Apple find the keywords. Just make sure to start with an extra-conservative bid, since BROAD campaigns naturally have lower conversion rates.
Ask GPT to review the keyword list to remove potential overlaps if you going on broad match
UPDATE
reviving my old app using ASA
Spending is about $120/w.
ROAS is around 0.86x. It improved a lot over the last two weeks because I realized that only three countries are actual winners, while the rest are slowly bleeding.
On the surface 0.86 ROAS seems like a losing play, BUT i would argue that it will probably become profitable in the next week.
Organic new customers are trending up - wouldn't happen without the ASA.
most of the countries I tested lost money. only three are consistently profitable.
I could brag and say that I almost 2x the revenue but it honestly means nothing. The profit from the app declined. This is part of the ASA game. you have to sacrifice a bit to earn a bit.
Revenue alone means nothing. Its easy to get an app to 5k/m. Its hard to make a profit from it.
The actual profit lies in the details:
1. organic is trending up
2. over time - probably within a week - the optimization for those campaigns will result a net profit.
3. I have a lot more users for testing pricing, offers, paywalls etc
Honestly I didn't optimized the ASA that much because I kinda forgot about it... you can do way better then i did.
I'll post some takeaways this weekend.
Trying to revive this old app that regularly makes around $200/m using ASA.
I started 3 days ago with two broad campaigns and two exact campaigns.
One broad targets the US and the other a mix of 9 countries. This is the first time I’m trying such a structure for broad campaigns. I’ll share the insights here next week.
