I think a lot of my recharging comes from playing— rolling down hills, dancing, letting myself feel everything. Also from connecting with my lovely friends and also letting myself be cared for by the older people I get to organize with, those are the things that recharge me.

- On the frontlines of the fight against Line 3 I saw so many young people taking direct action, risking arrest, and sacrificing so much. I also saw older generations join them. There is space for older generations in the climate movement. #TeachClimateChat @ClimateGenOrg

An awesome resource I’d recommend is “A Guide to Adult Allyship in Youth-Led Movements” which was created out of the youth climate strike movement. It's full of great tips for supporting young people in climate work. https://t.co/TjEo4mPeTC. #TeachClimateChat

I would really recommend the book “The Red Deal” it offers excellent language around land back and Indigenous sovereignty as the only appropriate conservation project. It also forces its readers to face the realities of eco-capitalism. @The_Red_Nation #TalkClimateChat #LandBack

Support young people’s activism, but let them lead. The most authentic youth-led work is sometimes the clunkiest, and that’s okay! Your most important job is to ensure young people know you are 100% there for them, but that they find their way on their own. #TeachClimateChat
