I have no time for homophobia regardless of which religion it’s dressed up in. There’s nothing progressive about excusing bigotry because it’s by Muslims.

But it does stick in my craw to see right wing types claiming Islam is uniquely evil on homophobia, as if that isn’t exactly what Christian leaders have done for the last 100 years.
