@JrLibraryGuild It's the first time we've encountered an issue; we wanted to get this title from our JLG sub but couldn't due to the SLJ recommendation.

Review: https://t.co/gKUPJiRg4q - Wander in the Dark is NOT recommended? @JrLibraryGuild can you comment? Usually SLJ and JLG are somewhat synced. We use SLJ as our base for collection development and now can't use this title.

@JrLibraryGuild I understand. However, we base our collection development FIRST on what SLJ says; so if they say NOT recommended, it sadly doesn't matter if Booklist or someone else says it's ok. We're going off of the basis that SLJ *specializes* in content for children & teens.

@sljournal hey! I noticed for "Wander in the Dark" by Jumata Emill the review says VERDICT Not recommended. This is a Junior Library Guild book; can someone check on the SLJ review? It sounded like a positive review until the last sentence. I'm confused.
