Hyped and thankful for the write up and exposure from the @MiamiOHFootball Academic Mega-Camp from @sixstarfootball! Thank you for recognizing my effort in both football, as a rising talent in the defensive line, and academics. @IndianLakeFball
Grateful for everything high school softball has given me…the teammates, coaches, memories, and opportunities. There’s still plenty of work to do and I’m excited to get back on the field this summer. 🥎 @Paige_McMenemy@OhioBobcatSB

PLAYERS: You're either making things better or making things worse for your team. You're never a neutral teammate. You're either helping your teammates or not. You're either encouraging or not. You're either providing a good example or not. Great teams have great teammates!
10 non-technical behavior skills that separate winners from losers:
1. Focus: managing attention under pressure when distractions are screaming.
2. Courage: doing what's required even when you’re afraid to do it.
3. Navigating Uncertainty: moving forward with discipline when you don't know what's coming next.
4. Patience: staying urgent in action while trusting the process long before it pays off.
5. Processing Criticism: hearing hard, critical truth without going defensive.
6. Emotion: steering emotions and the energy they create into productive, not unproductive, action.
7. Decision-Making: choosing the best response for the outcome you want.
8. Responsibility: pulling responsibility toward you instead of pushing it away.
9. Persistence: continuing when the road feels long and results aren’t matching effort or expectations yet.
10. Clarity: knowing exactly what to do, what not to do, how to do it, and why it matters.
Think about all the ways these skills affect results and experiences.
How do you train these skills into athletes? Into coaches? Into yourself?
