@CanRevAgency Why don't you have a callback system in place? I am trying to enquire about something and the automated system says THREE HOURS wait time. This is ridiculous. I have work to do and can't wait on hold for that long.
@joplinapp 3.0.13 won't install properly on either of my computers. Says it can't close the application even though the application is closed. Have rebooted and tried again. Same issue.
@TELUSsupport And ONCE AGAIN I am stuck on hold for 10+ minutes with no option for a callback. I need to speak to an actual human. @TELUS and @TELUSsupport you need to improve your customer support again.
@cityofcalgary@cityofcalgary@JyotiGondek Could you not have figured out a way to get water trucks into many neighbourhoods much sooner than this? Even with "only" 10 days left and rain currently only in the forecast for Thursday, this is a lot of time and energy for people.

@AirCanada Overhead bin got jammed shut upon arrival. Held up half the plane for longer than necessary, then waited for maint to get there with a special tool. He said there was one on board. Why didn't the flight attendant know that? Several of us nearly missed a flight.
@BMO So, I can neither turn the "tap" feature off NOR can I lower the maximum transaction that can go through on tap on a BMO Mastercard? I call b.s.
I've had tap turned off before. This is a security problem. Locking the card is inconvenient and I shouldn't have to do that.
I think @facebook and Meta's Business Suite could be worse, but I'm honestly not sure how. I have lost count of the number of times a scheduled post has gone out missing the caption that was definitely in the schedule.
