1) @elonmusk finally agreed to close Fremont, but the bigger news after market close yesterday was that Panasonic is stopping its Tesla ops at GF1 in Nevada for 2 weeks.

This was likely against @elonmusk's best wishes & could lead to a 30K loss of output for the Model 3.
