@JessicaJWinter I had two this week which both involved a short lesson observation, a presentation (planning a scheme of work/“What is an Outstanding lesson?”) then the “formal” interview! One I went for a few weeks ago had a lot more to it including a school council int, discussion and marking!

I’ve always had a reading corner & immersive environments in my classroom but never a “role play” until now. We set up these 2 areas and I can’t tell you how happy it makes me seeing my class (Y4!!!) asking if they can play & then role playing shops/cafes/gym #THEYARESTILLKIDS
