We explored reversible and irreversible changes today. This ended with an exciting experiment which created a chemical reaction that inflated a balloon! The children were so enthused by it, they might be wanting to try this again at home 😁 @bentondeneprim

As part of aspirations week, we enjoyed a visit from some parents who are doctors. They shared lots of fascinating facts about the medical profession and also let us try out some of their equipment. @bentondeneprim

Huge THANK YOU to our visitor who came into class last week to tell us about his life as a Muslim. It was a great opportunity to learn about Islam & to get our questions answered. @bentondeneprim

A huge well done to our Y5 basketball team at the recent basketball tournament held at the Vertu Arena. Out of the 38 participating teams, our champions emerged victorious, securing a spot to play at the Newcastle Eagles game on the 2nd of February. 🏀 @year5bdp @bentondeneprim
